Agreement for Electronic Bill Delivery

By signing this from electronically with my (our) e-mail address, I/we hereby authorize Big Park Water Company to initiate monthly electronic bill delivery for my/our water service. I/we understand that I/we will no longer receive a bill card in the mail and that this new system is not interactive. I/we can continue to take advantage of current payment options. They include autopay using checking accounts, savings account, credit/debit cards, online payment at www.bigparkwater.com, bill pay through my/our own bank, phone payments with debit or credit cards, mailing a check, or paying in person by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until termination of water service or until Big Park Water Company has received electronic or written notification from me (or either of us) of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford Big Park Water Company a reasonable opportunity to act on the request.
