A Deposit is required from renters and business owners (may also be required from homeowners) and must be received prior to connecting service. If you are renting an apartment or house, a $65 Deposit is required from “residential” customers. If you are a “commercial” customer, the Rental Deposit will be based on the type of business. If you own the property, please provide us with the Parcel Number.
